Haters gonna hate . . .

I'm not a fan of spending that much on ANY transfer, but I'd rather spend it on Grealish or Haaland than Kane. Heck, why not throw it at PSG and Mbappe?

Also, if the transfer happens, it makes me think we're not getting Kane this summer, and will be playing a lot with a false 9 in 21/22. Then, push all the chips in on Haaland for 22/23.

Well, there is that. BUT . . . there are conflicting reports about him and PSG. I've read everything from PSG is about to lock him up for a few years to he's done and won't sign anything so he can leave on a free next year.

Yeah, check what I posted. Apparently, LFC has "inquired" PSG about him. Perhaps we see the writing on the wall between Chelsea and City locking up top talent.

As much as I love Klopp, FSG has to spend some money for Liverpool to get back to the top of the table. Maybe not Mbappe money, but at least strengthen the bench and try to Firminho's heir apparent.

I agree we need to remove some weight and strengthen the bench, but it's not our MO to grab a name. Now that we've picked up a CB, we need a mid and a striker.

Here's a thought experiment for you. Who would you like to see Liverpool sign at each position A.) if money and past spending practices were not a consideration? and B.) staying in the realm of possibility, given how Liverpool generally conducts transfer business?

Here's a thought experiment for you. Who would you like to see Liverpool sign at each position A.) if money and past spending practices were not a consideration? and B.) staying in the realm of possibility, given how Liverpool generally conducts transfer business?

At EACH position? That's tough. I'll admit I don't watch enough OTHER teams (especially outside of the Prem) to have an expert opinion on who to sign. According to Twitter and Reddit... Neither do they.
