no blue font. Like I said, he’s a Georgia guy so not sure how in the know he is on Jeremy’s situation, but he did mention that he doesn’t have a show cause and that will allow someone to hire him. I’m like many others and think a show cause is coming, but the longer the NCAA waits the harder it becomes to penalize Tennessee which may make it difficult to penalize only Jeremy.

I heard Mike Griffith on Finebaum, don’t know anything about his credibility, but he thinks Pruitt will get a DC job this year and thinks Bama will come calling.
The conspiracy theorist in me wants to say know we know why Golding is still employed as our DC . . .

Where ever there's BBQ, Bourbon & Football
I just hope the moves are made immediately after the early signing period is finished and I hope Saban already informs G*ld*ng and BOB before then.

There's no way this job isn't attractive and wouldn't monumentally boost someone's career by having it on their resume. Look what it did for Sark and Kiffin. But the position doesn't do that for coordinators who are already bad coordinators, to begin with, i.e. BOB.

I mean that he won’t be around to see Arch’s final season at Texas. I just don’t think he’s going to make it and that’s mostly due to Texas being what Texas is.
Sark might be gone before Arch takes a single snap. Ewers is only a freshman and really hasn't done anything to lose the job. My guess is boosters pressure Sark to get Manning on the field ASAP.

I honestly don’t care who they get as long as there are changes made. I’d take a monkey on a typewriter over the two we got. My top choices would be:

DC-
1A- Jeremy Pruitt
1B- Charlie Strong
1C- Jimmy Lake

OC-
Kendall Briles

In a perfect world we’d bring all three of those def guys in and clean house on the def staff. If grantham is our next def coordinator I’ll be pretty disappointed

I would prefer Golding over Grantham any day. That guy is terrible and cant recruit.

The NCAA doesn't punish anybody for anything anymore.

Jeremy Pruitt has a well-earned reputation as a first-rate jerk. But Saban may be the only coach who can control him.

I don't know if he'll be our DC next year or not. But if he isn't, it'll be for some reason other than the NCAA.

Evers would be a heck of a transfer get.

Its more than that...

WHY did Phatimus resign? There is NO doubt in my mind that he was in the thick of the whole mess...

IMHO, he resigned to keep the dreaded LOIC charge from being leveled against his beloved program.;)
Phillip Fulmer has never, EVER, beloved anything other than himself. He became HC of the Viles by kicking Johnny Majors in the head when he was down, threw him under the bus, ran over him, then backed over again to be sure he couldn’t get up.

He probably orchestrated the entire JP situation then got caught in his attempt to crank the bus again to run HIM down. Every reasonable SEC football fan, Bama or not, knew that hiring would not end well. Most just wondered how and when the puke pumpkins would explode.

Does Andy Reid have a protege we could hire? His offensive schemes and play calling are other worldly.
Andy Reid has gotten more praise than really what he deserves. He is a good to a better than average coach but as an offensive play caller he is a poor man’s Kiffin.
