the Texans were bold and smart to trade up to get Will. They get the 2 and 3 pick, and still have ten more picks in this draft!
A great start for DeMeco.
If DeMeco is as smart as everyone says (and there's no reason to question that based on his Bama career and quick rise among NFL coaches) then he can probably draft a winning team with all those picks from this year's draft.
The amount of "stupid" that is showcased in the draft each year is beyond me. Somebody with half a brain ought to be able to get ahead by just using some common sense!

Texans needs to build on defense. Get strong fast physical defense. Get some WRs and TE.
There’s a couple of Bama guys that could be good gets in the later rounds. Latu for one.

I’m wondering how he got his job in the first place. I know it’s a bad habit to judge on looks, but…he looks shady. He strikes out more than any other of the group on stage, from what I’ve seen.
If anyone is interested, there are several interviews and photos of Bryce in Charlotte today on the Carolina Panthers official website. I googled it to see who was on their roster. I think the only other Bama player is Bradley Bozeman. I had forgotten that Andy Dalton, Matt Corral and Jacob Eason are the other QB on that roster. Bryce was at a welcoming event in Charlotte today.. his parents were with him. So glad he went #1. Hopefully, the o-line will protect him well.
Yep, Derrick Henry and Landon Collins to name a couple and they both made pro bowls and Henry has been the #1 RB the last three years or so. Brian will make future pro bowls IMO.
