Milroe will be the starter this coming Saturday. Jalen needs to improve, but so does the OL and OC. Jalen made two really bad interceptions and is still getting a grasp on progression reads, but he's the most dynamic QB and gives Bama the best chance to win games. Regardless of the hooting and hollering on message boards and social media, JM is the guy. We should win or lose with him at the helm. Simpson is solid #2 if injury, but JM needs to be the starter, and I feel like he will be the remainder of the season.
Against Arkansas… Gee I remember when Garrett Gilbert was hailed the next Peyton manning after the third quarter of the BCS NCG.

Because for one, you guys and I'm talking about some of you on this board have been brutal on him, and everyone got what they asked for yesterday and the outcome was far even worse with TB. Simpson did okay, but he got sacked several times. Like it or not, MIlroe is the best option since OL line is real bad. complain all you want about Milroe, but he's the best option you have right now... and I'm frankly over people criticizing him nonstop Since MTSU game, and still doing it even through he didn't play. The team have major major issues that needs to be resolved, and it's not the QB position right now. It's the DL and OL. That's the major issues. Those needs to be addressed before we worry about QB.
Yeah he is capable but that doesn’t mean when the lights are on him that he does. He has never proven it against a good team in the moment. That’s the problem with looking at potential and what the lab results actually show.
So we’re casuals because we’re apprehensive about starting a guy against a top 15 team who has zero career starts and zero career passing touchdowns…..makes sense

You guys are hellbent on making Milroe look worse than he actually is.. It's frustrating to see QB play, let alone Ol and DL, but I'm not going to spend everyday criticzing same people with same statements over and over.... It's like beating a dead horse until he's dead, and then beating it again just to make sure he's really dead, and then beating it again just one more time just to triple check. That's exactly what everyone is doing right now. It doesn't help the team, the players, or the fan at all. It just show that we can't even move past it and just try and be patient.
I’m not talking about anyone specific on this board. I’ve seen way too many people say stupid stuff on social media like “just switch to RPO” as if that’s easy to do. You need a guy who can process information quickly and someone who is deadly with the slant. That’s what made Tua and Mac so great.
People were doing the same for Tua, Jalen, and Mac Jones.. until they started winning games and suddenly everyone loved them.

Someone who knows...why didn't JC Latham move over from right to left tackle? Why are we starting a freshman on the blind side when we have a VERY experienced tackle on the team? Is JC unable to handle the left side? How could he be worse than Proctor has been this far?
