Against Arkansas… Gee I remember when Garrett Gilbert was hailed the next Peyton manning after the third quarter of the BCS NCG.So you guys don't remember RPO he ran last year? he's real good at RPO, especially when he take off and run. It only require him to read the DE whether they bit or not.
C'mon man.. you guys are hell ... I"m just saying... He's capable of doing this.Against Arkansas… Gee I remember when Garrett Gilbert was hailed the next Peyton manning after the third quarter of the BCS NCG.
Against Texas A&M?
Against Mercer and Directional U in mop up duty really doesn’t help prove the point that you are trying to make.
Why do you keep defending him? The guy is not a QB.That is not accurate at all.
Because for one, you guys and I'm talking about some of you on this board have been brutal on him, and everyone got what they asked for yesterday and the outcome was far even worse with TB. Simpson did okay, but he got sacked several times. Like it or not, MIlroe is the best option since OL line is real bad. complain all you want about Milroe, but he's the best option you have right now... and I'm frankly over people criticizing him nonstop Since MTSU game, and still doing it even through he didn't play. The team have major major issues that needs to be resolved, and it's not the QB position right now. It's the DL and OL. That's the major issues. Those needs to be addressed before we worry about QB.Why do you keep defending him? The guy is not a QB.
Yeah he is capable but that doesn’t mean when the lights are on him that he does. He has never proven it against a good team in the moment. That’s the problem with looking at potential and what the lab results actually show.C'mon man.. you guys are hell ... I"m just saying... He's capable of doing this.
So we’re casuals because we’re apprehensive about starting a guy against a top 15 team who has zero career starts and zero career passing touchdowns…..makes senseThat’s because they’re casuals and don’t understand football.
People have been criticizing him since the aTm game, and rightfully so. Seriously did you watch that game? He was horrible.Because for one, you guys and I'm talking about some of you on this board have been brutal on him, and everyone got what they asked for yesterday and the outcome was far even worse with TB. You guys are hellbent on making Milroe look worse than he actually is.. It's frustrating to see QB play, let alone Ol and DL, but I'm not going to spend everyday criticzing same people with same statements over and over.... It's like beating a dead horse until he's dead, and then beating it again just to make sure he's really dead, and then beating it again just one more time just to triple check. That's exactly what everyone is doing right now. It doesn't help the team, the players, or the fan at all. It just show that we can't even move past it and just try and be patient.Against Mercer and Directional U in mop up duty really doesn’t help prove the point that you are trying to make.
I’m not talking about anyone specific on this board. I’ve seen way too many people say stupid stuff on social media like “just switch to RPO” as if that’s easy to do. You need a guy who can process information quickly and someone who is deadly with the slant. That’s what made Tua and Mac so great. So we’re casuals because we’re apprehensive about starting a guy against a top 15 team who has zero career starts and zero career passing touchdowns…..makes sense
People were doing the same for Tua, Jalen, and Mac Jones.. until they started winning games and suddenly everyone loved them.People have been criticizing him since the aTm game, and rightfully so. Seriously did you watch that game? He was horrible.
Ok now you’re actually trolling. Tua was ready on day 1 and everyone knew it. NO ONE criticized Tua during his time at Bama. Hurts…sure. Mac was universally loved as a starter. I genuinely can’t believe you just said that. It’s the dumbest thing you have ever posted.People were doing the same for Tua, Jalen, and Mac Jones.. until they started winning games and suddenly everyone loved them.
That's a lie! Go back and read posts on Tua from his time at Alabama.Ok now you’re actually trolling. Tua was ready on day 1 and everyone knew it. NO ONE criticized Tua during his time at Bama. Colby I'm not going back and forth with you on this. I stand on what I said.. and it's 100 percent accurate. have a good night.Ok now you’re actually trolling. We’re done. You’re trolling or have no idea what you’re talking about. Seriously just stop. We’re done. That's a lie! Go back and read posts on Tua from his time at Alabama.
First of all, What was the most complaint about Tua during his stay at Alabama?
Mac jones? man, You missed the whole point... and No it's not the dumbest thing I ever posted... I don't say anything dumb without doing research and I know what i'm talking about.
No, we're just saying the team seemed to start responding better and actually play better as time went on with him in the game.Reading what some here are saying, one would think Simpson is the greatest quarterback ever in the history of Alabama football. He did ok. Just ok. He completed 5 of 9 passes. What...55%. He did not do anything great or special.
Simmer down folks. Yesterday was horrible, and I almost cried for the wrong reasons. I think yesterday we hit the rock bottom, and maybe we needed that for a reason. I really think Saban started TB just to prove point to several people, and I also think He held Milroe out so He can put all efforts into reading a defense in two weeks so that he can improve and I think he will. My gut feeling is that we'll see a different football team this weekend.
Someone who knows...why didn't JC Latham move over from right to left tackle? Why are we starting a freshman on the blind side when we have a VERY experienced tackle on the team? Is JC unable to handle the left side? How could he be worse than Proctor has been this far?We don't have an elite QB on the team right now. We also don't have an elite OL on the team, either.
If we somehow get an elite OL, then whether the QB is elite or not doesn't matter.
