I'm starting this thread early because I want to get the bad taste out of my mouth from this past weekend. Looking at their schedule, they beat Kentucky 31-6, but then they lose to Ole Miss 27-3. So, which South Carolina offense do we get this weekend? Unfortunately, this will be another nail biter.

I am not sure what to expect this game. I thought we would have a hangover last game, but I didn't think we would be in a coma. I just hope we learned from last week and are ready to play this week. I do think they have some guys up front who can make things very difficult for us, though.

If we're mentally tough, have worked hard all week because they hate losing, and we come out with a mission to show Vandy was a fluke....we win, probably.

If we don't....we lose.

With the way the D is called, with them having an athletic QB, I don't know what to expect here.

If we don't make silly mistakes like having two 2's on the field or having a RT completely whiff or having a pass knocked up and run in...we still beat Vandy by multiple scores.

Clean things up and play better D....we beat S.Carolina by multiple scores.

I’m less interested in the outcome than in the process. How will we call and execute schemes and plays? How will we comport ourselves (players and coaches)? Those things could define the trajectory not only of season, but perhaps also of the program…

Anything less than absolute 100% control of this game will be a poor reaction to last Saturday....we should score in the 40's and keep USCe to no more than 2 scores max....

If that Garcia fellow plays we don't have a prayer. USCe is some better than Vandy, and bama has a pretty bad trend going since the 2nd half of the Georgia game so I don't think they're going to change much, so it's going to be close and I won't be shocked if we lose, 38- 33 bama
