Alabama only won because SC made so many mistakes. But you have to take it an move on.

But they have nothing to celebrate. They almost lost to a bad football team at home. This is only marginally better than the Vandy loss.

Team needs to find their confidence again in a hurry.

DeBoer sounds like he is in over his head in interview and that he just doesn’t get it. If we don’t see a DC change or some kind of big change this week then it could be a bad stretch for Bama until he is gone.

we have had a crap ton of costly penalties and mistakes on special teams this year

I believe the rule would not be a safety because his momentum carried him into the endzone. However, I do not expect the refs to see it that way.

I think Carolina is a much better team than anyone gives them credit for. A solid D, with a hit or miss offense. They held UM to 27 as well. But there is no reason on God’s green earth that that SC offense should score that much in BDS… or Columbia for that matter. The defense needs a come to Jesus meeting.

Kane Wommack should be fired on the spot! Our defense looked lost and the downfield plays were there all game. He did hit on the ones he threw. Just bad penalties and overall play on the defensive side of the ball. CKD has not learned how to call offensive plays in the SEC. And doesn’t know how to use the clock at all.

Gosh, with this team, I truly dread the upcoming matchup with Tennessee. Maybe they will have some mercy on us.

You know, I thought we would probably lose 2-3 games this season, with a chance at a playoff spot. Expected us to be good going forward, but maybe a slow decline. Never in a million years did I think we would be in danger of losing to all of the worst teams in the conference.

This is our conference. We own it. But judging by how the coaching staff is treating this season so far, I don’t think they get it. I can’t believe DeBoer was smiling at the end of that. We are in serious danger of turning over the SEC to teams like Texas.

I wondered what this team on offense would look like without explosive plays. I think we got our answer today. Defense is just terrible.

Good to win especially with this team as it in now. I said at beginning of season we will lose in Knoxville and I have seen nothing that changes my mind, however I suspect the rest of the season following that to win games much like we saw today. Exception may be at LSU or Oklahoma. If we are 9-3 we are in the playoff conversation if we drop all three we are 8-4 sitting in a bowl game.

I realize our defense is young but they made the stops needed in the second half. It isn’t pretty but it is a win
