I thought the rules were you can't say what the rumor is but asking if anyone knows about something that may or may not be going on with a team memeber is far game. If there's a question of where the rumor came from or what it is PM me. But I was just asking if there has been any news concerning him lately. If you can do it that I guess a mod can delete the thread.

I was just messin with you. I think many have heard the rumors, and like Earle said, I am expecting some kind of word soon.
 
All I have heard is Gullion wasn't practicing with the QBs today when the media was let in to the practice.

Coach Shula has not made any comment yet but I'm not locking this tread.
 
As always - we wait for the official announcement. Sometimes, the situation is fluid and, if you try to get ahead aof everyone else, by the time you post your meaningless "scoop," you're wrong because the player changed his mind again, etc...

Not necessarily, there is still Jimmy Barnes and Shula might move Johns in a pinch rather than burn one of the red shirts. Like Earle said, MG might change his mind or this might be something we are making a mountain out of a molehill. I am waiting for the official word before I jump off the roof.

Guillion is a senior and would be gone next year anyway. We will have JPW, Greg McElroy, Jimmy Barnes and a QB signee next season.

Your going to forget Robert Marve even exists when GM suits up to play for real next year. I got a feeling that we are going to have a QB controversy unlike anything Bama has ever seen when he goes head to head against JPW. Just wait, this kid is that good.
 
This is all in the SWAG realm, anyway, but I couldn't see burning Mc's redshirt and EA would have the disadvantage of having to learn the QB playbook with the season half-gone. Barnes already knows the PB, so he's the logical answer. Maybe with JJ having some specially-designed plays, which we already have...
