Bama Game Thread: Official Game Thread - Postgame Thread...

If Milroe and the LANK posse leave then be prepared to lose Ryan Williams with them.

I would think he would be turned off by the "naysayers" schtick and having to prove people wrong. That kid's wired differently with a killer instinct the other guys lack. An offense with a decent QB under CKD is gonna be one of the best things for RW going forward

Three different fan bases stormed the field against us this year. The first post Nick Saban year has not been kind. From the highest highs (beating Georgia) to the lowest lows (losing to Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Oklahoma) we proved we are not a championship team.
One streak is still alive

Where do we go from here? Beat Auburn and win a bowl game and finish 10-3 or do we pack it in and collapse? Before OU, the trajectory was straight up. Now, do we trend downward?

Is K-Law really a disappointment or has he not been given enough touches due to QB inability and/or game plan?

And yeah, if I were him I’d look into transferring if the QB issue isn’t addressed.

KLaw is one of several wr's Milroe doesn't even look at.

It’s not just Law. Milroe doesn’t distribute the ball. Jam Miller is good enough to be a top 5 RB in college football, and he is constantly getting the shaft. Caleb Odom should be targeted nearly every play in the red zone.
But Milroe scores all the TDs, he is a generational QB at Alabama.

Appreciation doesn’t necessarily indicate role support. There’s no question, in my mind, that JM is dedicated to the University. I do however question his and others motive(s) for said dedication. LANK is a brand. As far as I’m concerned that’s ALL it is. I will not support it. That’s a personal decision. I will support the team in general as I have for 50+ years. Yes, I am a naysayer at this point. But it’s not isolated to JM. It’s rooted deeper than that now. I have no idea if LANK will dissolve but it’s only a symptom of the times with CFB. I want to stay engaged but my dedication is waining now. Even during our watch party last night we all, and I mean all, became less and less engaged in the game and not as concerned with the outcome. Many around me have now accepted this as the rebuild season we initially thought it would be before the first game ever kicked off. We will still gather and watch the games but it’s just as much, if not more, a social event for the remainder of the season. I don’t know if that will change in the future but one can hope, right?

Is this staff incapable of making adjustments during the game and at halftime?

Seems that way.

It’s like we create a game plan and just stick with it on both sides of the ball whether it’s working on not.

It kind of makes me wonder if it’s arrogance or incompetence from the staff.

Do they think their plan is infallible and that if the players would just execute it would work or do they not even realize what adjustments could or should be made?
