He gets all of that back under his contract if he win's 9 a year. So a bit of incentive for him and if he gets fired he get the buyout of course.

So the question is, if Bama were playing PSU or ND would there be this many empty seats?
Just out of curiosity, I just went to StubHub to see how much tickets were selling for the PSU vs. SMU game, and tickets are ridiculously cheap compared to a Bama game. You will not find tickets listed that cheap on StubHub even when Bama is playing teams like Mercer at home. I figure the TV ratings will be awful for that game.
Tickets for Bama/PSU would be likely sold out - and I promise you they would be a lot more than $60...So the question is, if Bama were playing PSU or ND would there be this many empty seats?
Happy Valley will be more like Sleepy Hollow this Saturday.
don't even care a littleHappy Valley will be more like Sleepy Hollow this Saturday.
NFL games don’t move to Saturday until the following weekend. That’d be a hugely silly move to go up against the NFL.The only one of those games that is mildly interesting is Tennessee at Ohio State.
Clemson v. Texas might have been something if it were the Clemson of 5 years ago.
Another factor worth looking back on after these games are over is how they did ratings-wise vs. the NFL games that will be played at the same time.
This Saturday, Houston is at Kansas City at noon, and Pittsburgh is at Baltimore at 3:30. Two huge, playoff implication games.NFL games don’t move to Saturday until the following weekend. That’d be a hugely silly move to go up against the NFL.
Yep, I will be watching those games instead. This Saturday, Houston is at Kansas City at noon, and Pittsburgh is at Baltimore at 3:30. Two huge, playoff implication games.
