Agreed SJC. He is going for his 3rd straight state championship in Texas 6A and had a stat line that was amazing. Would not doubt he jumps Underwood for #1 after all-star games and final evaluations.Alabama football signee Keelon Russell named Gatorade National Football Player of the Year

That Duncanville Pipeline has been exceptional for many teams. We may have whiffed on Blackshire but by all means keep the talent comingAgreed SJC. Not sure what they will have in the next two classes but I can assure you KR will have a role in helping us to get a guy or two if there is someone of our liking on that Duncanville squad. Some guys just have that IT factor, and KR has it in spades. That Duncanville Pipeline has been exceptional for many teams. We may have whiffed on Blackshire but by all means keep the talent coming
Yep............he can pass and appears he makes smart decisions. He will get the ball to the WR and he can see the fieldShouldn’t have any problems attracting top flight WR talent.
You would think so but it appears guys are going to follow the money more than a great QB. Look at Auburn's class last year at wide receiver with no QB with a pulse. Cunningham chose Ole Miss over Bama this year and Bama signed no stud wide receivers this year having signed arguably the best QB in this years class.Shouldn’t have any problems attracting top flight WR talent.
What do you mean? We got Lotzeir Brooks and Derek Meadows. Both of those guys are gonna be studs. They may need a year or 2, to develop, but 5 years from now, we will be looking back very favorably on this WR class. And Brooks may be the steal of the class by any school. That guy's gonna be special. You would think so but it appears guys are going to follow the money more than a great QB. Look at Auburn's class last year at wide receiver with no QB with a pulse. Agreed. They may not have 5* besides their name but both have incredible potential. What do you mean? We got Lotzeir Brooks and Derek Meadows. Both of those guys are gonna be studs. I mean we didn't sign any of the top 10 wide receivers in this class per the on3 rankings, which are the most accurate. Meadows may be great at some point but he needs work. Brooks is a burner. We will see on him against real competition. I am surprised we did not sign elite high school talent. What do you mean? We got Lotzeir Brooks and Derek Meadows. Both of those guys are gonna be studs. That dude from Miami sounds pretty good!I mean we didn't sign any of the top 10 wide receivers in this class per the on3 rankings, which are the most accurate. I think Horton will be a very nice addition. I was literally only talking about high school recruits and their rankings. That dude from Miami sounds pretty good!
Once everyone sees CKD's offense next year, they will come...I think Horton will be a very nice addition. I was literally only talking about high school recruits and their rankings.
I'd trust the evaluation of the staff above the evaluation of these scouting sites. If they think they have the right guys, then that's all I need to know. We're not gonna take a guy just because these scouting sites say they're the best. We're gonna take a guy because we think they're the best. It's cool to get 5*s and all that, but it doesn't really mean all that much. Remember, Keelon was a high end 3* before DeBoer found him. Now he's pushing to be the best prospect in the country. This staff knows exactly what they're doing, and I know they're sky high on both Meadows and Brooks.I mean we didn't sign any of the top 10 wide receivers in this class per the on3 rankings, which are the most accurate. Agreed and we had a 5* #2 WR in this class until Ole $i$ got him to flip late in the process. Meadows was a 5* during the process by one recruiting service also but dropped down a little when re-evals were done. Anyway, some can be concerned but it's a waste of emotion IMO.I'd trust the evaluation of the staff above the evaluation of these scouting sites.
