Devan Thompkins will likely be a captain. One of the reasons we brought him in was because of his leadership.

Upper class man (usually)
Key Player
Represents University well
Coaches trust them to convey info to referees (sometimes)
Can Center Team on the field by leadership (both overt plays/words and by quiet presence)

I think Hubbard for sure. Then maybe Sabb, Latham? No great options on offense.

Will Sanders is another name I've heard possibly being a captain. Apparently the team loves him, despite not having played much. He's apparently the leader in the OL room, per Jimmy Stein.

Coach DeBoer said in his interview with Greg McElroy last week that the entire OL room chose to stay in Tuscaloosa and work out together for the month of May, so I could definitely see the leader of that group becoming a captain. Cohesiveness in that unit is important.
