Sonic - Terrible service and there is no consistancy in the taste of there food.

Barnhill's - (similar to Ryans) The one and only time I went to one, as I picked up my silverware rolled up in a napkin a roach ran out of the end. i got up and left.

Tires from Sam's - They would not make up a defected tire that was only 4 mo old. I now buy my tires from a local independant dealer, I get just as good a price, tons better service, free rotation and balance for life of tire and free road hazzard warranty I've used it twice no ?? asked.

Citgo - Same reason's as everyone else.

I try hard not to buy anything made in China sometime theres no choice.

pretty much anyone i consider an evil ubercorp.

-mcdonald's
-starbuck's....though i don't even drink coffee...i still hate them
-txu-texas energy company-i go with a smaller company....i may even pay a few more bucks a month...but i don't want to support the evil ubercorp.
-although i don't boycott walmart....i don't go there very often at all...viva target.
-for a man who hates evil oil, i'm surprisinly lax on who i will and won't buy from. i guess i just spread my money around so that noone benefits too much from me. i buy the cheapest.

Around here in corn country, the 85/15 gas/ethanol blend is the cheapest, so I'll buy it even though it's a subsidized fiasco. Though, I hear that this blend will burn up a 2-cycle engine because it burns too hot.

I patronize Starbuck's whenever my oldest daughter is in town. Father/daughter time (she's a Starbucks addict) trumps my own feelings about monopolistic businesses.

WalMart - they seem unlempt and way overcrowded ... I prefer Target and even the newly reborn KMart/Sears.

ExxonMobil - I think they are just evil on more levels than could be expressed here.

Chik-Fil-A - They have a right to their beliefs and I exercise my right not to support them.

Colonial Bank - do I even have to say why?

Don't want to start a great big political argument, but its owned by outspoken and strong supporters of the evangelical right. That works to their advantage with a lot of people, but not with an uber-liberal Buddhist like me.
if only the golden wok could make chicken biscuits as good, i'd join you ;) :biggrin2:

I did not know that. There aren't too many Chik-Fil-As around my neck of the woods. I guess that's why I missed the political message. Eh, I'm not much on fast food anyway. More power to them, I guess. Whatever. I guess they're in league with the Domino's crowd.

I left Domino's off my list. Their politics notwithstanding I don't eat there because it tastes like crap. I guess it is a matter of principle. I don't eat cardboard as a matter of principle.
