Wow Coach Hill sounds like Coach Saban, I knew I liked him for a reason...and it's not just the moustache.

Best of luck to Coach Hill.

Welcome home Coach McElwain.

Man he is lazy!!!! Shula was HC, OC and QB coach.....
Too bad he only did one of those roles really well. Kudos to Shula on his development of David Garrard this year in Jacksonville. The guy knows how to coach the quarterback position, don't doubt that.

Coach McElwain is choking up talking about leaving Fresno State, and the fact that Alabama would think about getting a coach from their school shows what Fresno has become in football.

Coach Pat Hill is very complimentary and said...."There are not too many Alabama's out there"........DANG RIGHT!!!!!!!!

Talking about the quality of our program and what we have to offer.
This is exciting for us. It has been a long time since I have felt THIS good about the state of the Tide's football program.

Roll Tide Roll!

May the hospitality of the alumni, faculty, staff, and students of the University of Alabama, the kindness of the citizens of the city of Tuscaloosa and the state of Alabama, and the amenities of the South embrace and engulf Coach McElwain, his wife Karen, and his children JoHanna, Elizabeth, and Jerrett.

Welcome to the McElwain's and ROLL Tide!

That is TRUE! He did a heck of job with Garrard and obviously a heck of a job with JPW while here! JPW really regressed this past year and hopefully will improve a great deal under Coach Mac's teaching.

I agree Coach Hill is a class act. I really liked his comment "There aren't too many Alabama's."

Wow Coach Jim McElwain is really getting choked up talking about Coach Hill and Fresno as he announces his leaving. I like this guy he is going to fit right in with CNS. After his statement he said I will answer any question as long as they aren't stupid. lol

So now comes the million dollar question...... Does he get total control of the offense, or is he gonna be in another co-coordinator type of position with Coach Pendry?????????
He is alot more experienced than xCMA, so I think he'll have total control of the offense. I personally don't think he would have come to Bama as a co-coordinator.
