So... hopefully Texas can beat TT for the championship. Lesser evil IMO. But I don't care enough to watch the games.

Well... Bama was predicted to finish 9th in the SEC. To make it to the semi-finals defied expectations. Thanks ladies for a fun season and thanks for all your work during the season and off-season. Roll Tide!!

I wonder if we'll get Canady or Terry. In their UCLA game, IMO Terry looked stronger than Canady. Last night Terry did the lion's share of the work but Canady came in to close out the game... and get the lion's share of the credit from the announcers. Gotta' be some interesting locker room...

Hopefully TT will have some lingering muscle fatigue from their OT game last night.

Seems to me this game is important enough that it deserves its own thread. I'll see if I can figure out how to start one...

TxTech or UCLA... I dunno which one I want to emerge from their battle to face Alabama. Perhaps the one with the weakest pitching staff... whichever team that is? Granted we beat them once, but UCLA seems like they have a full lineup of .400+ hitters, which is troublesome. Thoughts?

I'll be front-center (TV, of course...) for both games today. Hope Bama can withstand the Fightin' Jordies!

It seems to me that the past couple of years before this year, the players never saw an ankle-high pitch they wouldn't swing at. IMO the new hitting coach has earned his salary by getting the players to do a much better job of mostly swinging at pitches in the strike zone. I know... much...
