    Triple Threat Wing Sauce

I love this stuff and got the recipe from a local bar owner. So far I've tried it on wings, BBQ chicken and ribs. It's both easy and good. Add equal parts of Franks Wing Sauce and Teriyaki glaze (not the thin stuff) As much minced garlic as you like Wisk together and allow to be happy for...

    Red Beans & Rice

This is more of a Creole recipe than Cajun. Basic rules are; If you like the ingredient, leave it in or add more. If you don't care for it, leave it out. However you make it, it will be pretty darn good :). Made a pot this weekend and served it with french bread, extra hot sauce and cold beer...

I look for several.....flea-flickers, triple reverse with a pass, over the shoulder toss-back and of course...their infamous onside kick. I suspect we will see some stuff that has never been seen before from the back-yard play calling boogers :mad2:

Orlando Sentinel Sport Writer Rips Bama

Mike Bianchi is a sports writer for the Orlando Sentinel. He's a Gator homer who's facts are a bit.......distorted. I'm sure he would appreciate hearing from some of the Bama faithful. BTW, have duct tape ready when you read some of the comments that were left. :mad2::mad2:

Have you seen this old school Bama clock?

My daughter bought this for me at a yard sale about ten years ago. I have no idea how old it is but would guess it was made in the early 70's. Anybody ever see one or have any info about it? Pretty mean looking elephant, huh? :rolleye2:

    Cuban Picadillo

Being married to a beautiful Cuban lady, I have had the fortune to learn much of the Cuban culture and their fantastic food from both her and her family. Here is one of my favorites. Picadillo is about as common to Cuban cuisine as fried chicken is in Alabama. This is a very authentic recipe...

    Guava BBQ Sauce

I've made this a few times and the family loves it. Tonight I used it on grilled chicken but it's very good on ribs :biggrin2:. The hot sauce adds a nice kick, but be careful! West Indies hot sauces can be.....hot. If you don't like sweet sauces, don't bother GUAVA BBQ SAUCE 8 ounces...

    Black Eyed Pea's Cornbread

Anybody remember the Black Eyed Pea restaurant chain? I use to eat there a good bit back in the late 90's but as far as I know they went out of buisness. They had some really good dishes, mostly southern style home and soul cooking. I ran across their recipe for a cornbread dish they made. I use...
