I get it is why I was wondering. It’s very inconsistent with safety.
Technically there is a “difference” but we are talking about 3 yards compared to touching. Both were 15 yarders and both are saying “ you didn’t let the guy have a reasonable chance to catch it”. Clobbering the guy should just be unnecessary roughness instead of that mouthful term.

The TV announcer just call Stoops "Big Game Bob". I wonder if he knows that this is used by Stops' detractors because he loses big games with predictability? He earned the nickname by winning those games, and then it became a huge joke.

Well, Ohio State has to be feeling very good if they're watching this game. I don't see any threats for them in the B1G. PSU needs to look for another OC although they just hired one.
keep in mind that the boat man and Minnesota has only beaten Wisconsin 3 times in the last 20 years. So I really wouldn’t be beating my chest as Ohio st just yet after having a struggle win vs Minnesota

I was at the Big 12 championship game OU vs Kans State, and I fully expected OU to roll.
K State beat them like 34-7, then the OU fans were leaving Arrowhead muttering about "Big Game Bob."
