He appeared to be laser sharp throwing the ball. On top of the ball with a lot of zip and "perfect placement". Very few in the country at this level and none with the offensive talent at his disposal!
Nix is a great unknown right now. He could morph in to Nick Marshall or end up a Sean White (results wise, not play style or off-the-field-issues wise). Nobody's sure yet. He's got the skills. Just a matter of refining them going forward.

There are some head scratchers in the list but I'm just happy to read about college football. Costello could be really good at Miss State under the pirate. Nix deserves a higher ranking with a year's experience under his belt. Plumlee, at Ol Miss, didn't impress me as a passer but man, that kid can scramble. Very quick out of the pocket, deceptive open field speed. Reminds me a little of Johnny Manziel when he scrambles--about the same size--and like JM he will probably get his clock cleaned but until then he will be a pest.
