Pretty ignorant comment.I think DeBoer stole his girl in middle school, guy can do right by him.

Which comment is not accurate? That There were 38 third year sophomores, juniors and seniors? That Bama is dead last in the SEC in football recruiting by 247? Or that there is only one player committed outside of 3 skill positions or specialists? You spin it how you want but you do this every year so relax and enjoy the success. You don't see what is coming as you have not for the last two years and the fact is this is going to be a small class. Either keep up with recruiting or quit making negative comments that are not accuracte.
We still got Ryan Williams too. He may be best served sticking around another year, simply because he reclassified. You reclassify, and then you leave a year early, that's 2 years you're missing of development. I personally believe he's gonna have a monster season, and then he's not really gonna have a choice, but regardless, it's still a bit of an interesting decision. Regardless of where he's picked, I think he would be well served spending 4 seasons in college. Amobi Okoye comes to mind. He was a defensive tackle out of Louisville about 2 decades ago now, and he went to college early and was a top 10 pick at 19 years old. He showed some promise in the league early on, but fairly quickly fizzled out. Ryan will be slightly older at 20, but it's still a cautionary tale I would look at if I were him. It's not really the age so much as missing out on some crucial developmental years. The NFL is not gonna wait around for you, no matter high they drafted you.Honestly if we just got Gayles and someone like Simmons it would initially be disappointing but Gayles is pretty elite and Simmons is solid. Even with those 2 only think about the last couple years:
-Brooks (already very good to elite)
-Meadows (excellent upside)
-CD Morgan (elite upside and already showing out in practice)
-three mysteries in Mathis, Sabb, and Brown where if at least one becomes productive you clearly hit on that class with Morgan
….because this is all not counting the portal!
I kind of expected this. He's Viles through and through. As others have said, his Dad played for the Viles.
Right in line with your recruiting posts.Pretty ignorant comment.
Trae'Shawn Brown has looked really good. Excellent moves and speed.

To add to the roster count, I went through the roster personally, and here is what I found:You asked.
So saying they only want to sign 12 to 15 because there are only 6 seniors is disingenuous on their part and making excuses on our part. We are flat out getting beat in recruiting.
This is the most inaccurate of your comments by far. Using disingenuous on your part is hilarious.
“Won’t be a big group this fall,” DeBoer said Tuesday at SEC spring meetings in Miramar Beach, Florida. “I think it will be much less than what we’ve had the last two seasons, but a lot of that is because we have retained well and brought in a group of transfers and don’t have many seniors.”
I'm seeing probably room to sign about 35- 40 in HS and transfer portal,
This is based on what you think which is not anything close to be what is being reported by DeBoer and staff so again inaccurate.
If we sign 15 with a talent average of about 92, I will be surprised, shocked even. But this class is not getting it done.
Making this comment shows how little or how closely you follow recruiting. You do realize signing day is in December. Sorry but doubting this staff regarding recruiting is really inaccurate.
He is a RB. I thought that was the Brown referenced.I believe Brown is a RB but he did look good during spring game.

4* WR Osani Gayles committing on 6/27 and we are looking good. Cali kid that is playing at IMG and we have great connections to Cali with this staff.

Alabama May Have Just Quietly Pulled Ahead for One of the Nation's Top WRs
Alabama continues to gain momentum for four-star wide receiver Osani Gayles as the elite playmaker approaches his June 27 commitment date.heavy.com
I suppose there's nothing wrong with being cautious, but I feel pretty safe in saying he's a Bama lock at this point.Gayles down to Bama, Stanford and Washington. We look good but if very serious about education he may choose Stanford.

Mystery players. He was discussing WR but he may have been referencing the RB Brown.

You don't think 220 lbs is too light for an Edge? The average is 240 to 260.Here is another Edge to keep our eye on. Love his size for Edge.

Alabama in great position for EDGE Tyler Younger heading into June 19-21 official visit with commit date set
The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder caught up with Bama247 to talk about the strong interest and update his commitment timeline heading into the big return to Tuscaloosa (Ala.) in a few weeks.247sports.com
220 before a college weight program is not a problem IMO. He'll play heavier than 220 hopefully without losing any speed off the edge! You don't think 220 lbs is too light for an Edge? The average is 240 to 260.
With an Edge, its more about speed and leverage. There is a reason he is so good at his position...You don't think 220 lbs is too light for an Edge? The average is 240 to 260.
