247Sports updates The247, and Jadeveon Clowney is still on top
Now that we're into December and most high school football seasons around the country are coming to an end, 247Sports takes another look at the nation’s top senior football prospects.

Jadeveon Clowney continues to hold on to the top spot in The247.Topping the list is a familiar name to recruitniks around the country. Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is the runaway pick as the nation’s top prospect, with a rating of 105 and 247Sports’ first Franchise Player designation. He is followed closely by another franchise player in 6-foot-7, 315-pound offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio - both of whom remain uncommitted.

A five-star prospect on the cusp of franchise player status, LSU commit La’El Collins checks in at No. 3 with a 100 rating. He is followed by defensive tackle Tim Jernigan and running back Isaiah Crowell.

Man, this is the 3rd thread you've mentioned the UGA clothes. He's probably had them since he was 15. I still where Michigan stuff because I grew up a Michigan fan... but guess what? I'm a Bama grad. It doesn't mean much... seriously. If Dickson doesn't sign w/ the good guys, you can call me out. The only scenario I foresee where we don't get Dickson is if we somehow pull Clowney and there is no more room (or Dickson loses interest after Clowney commits).

Would you like to mention that if a few more threads for good measure? If every prospect that wore another program's gear ended up at said program, there would be a mess on everyone's hands.

As for who's in what colors, here is exhibit "A" from last year. This is Petey Smith during his recruitment. I knew this was nothing, but we had some on here saying that it meant that Petey was going to the barn. I was being told a different story locally.......

At that time I think he was committed to Auburn.

I counted 8 Bama commits in the top 100 and that could possibly go to 9, 10 or possibly more!!! Wow what a class this will end up being!!!
