Im on fire guys so ya better watch out. I went a whoping 1-3 in the first round. I feel really good about my picks this week.
Here goes
Pack vs Rams-I love Farve, but the weather nakes a huge difference in this game because there will be none. I like the Rams.
Rams win!
Bears vs Philly-What a game this should be. Both teams can win but the Bears are on a mission. Bears win!
Raiders vs Pats-Another good game. The Raiders will not be able to ride the Hall of Famer Rices back. Pats keep Gannon off the field. Pats win!
Ravens vs Steelers-Developing into one the better rivalrys in the NFL. Ravens love playing on the Road and will be ready, but the Steelers will jump on and ride a fresh Bus. The Steelers are a lot healthier than the Dolphins. Steelers win!

Mark um down fellows, What do yall think? Roll Tide

I'm gonna have to take a close look at 'em before I post.
I am worried about the Steelers facing the Ravens in the playoffs.
Also, I hate to say it, but the Pack looked good this week....I'll have to post later!

I believe I was a whopping 2-2. My picks: Rams over Pack, DA BEARS (!) over Philly, Raiders over Patriots, Steelers over Ravens.

We have 4 good games on tap for this weekend. First up the AFC. Steelers vs. Ravens. Talk about a black and blue game. This rivalry is starting to become a good, heated one between these 2 teams. The Ravens found their swagger last weekend against the Dolphins, as much as i hated to see that happen, but this week they run into a hot Steelers team. I think the Steelers are just a bit healthier and better than the Super Bowl champs. Steelers win 24-10. The Raiders vs. the Patriots. It's gonna be cold in Foxboro when the Raiders roll into town. The Pats have shocked everyone with their season so far. The Raiders beat a jet-lagged Jets team last weekend. This week the Silver and Black will be feeling the effects of jet-lag as the Patriots win a close one, 20-14. For the NFC. The Bears and the Eagles. Wow what a matchup! Clearly two teams that are streaking right now, but unfortunately one has to fall. Soldier Field will be rockin' and my pick goes to the Bears in this one, 27-10. Rams and Packers. A shootout possibility. With two gunslingers like Warner and Favre, this game could see both teams reaching 30+ points. Ah but a little something called defense has to come into play somewhere along the line. Question is on this day whose defense will be better? If the game were played in Lambeau, I would give the edge to the Pack, but this game is indoors in the TWA Dome. Advantage Rams. However the Rams are human, they can be beat at home; remember the New Orleans Saints. But still you cannot count out Brett Favre. The man is almost like Joe Montana when leading a team from behind. I just feel that the combination of Warner and Faulk is just a bit too much for Favre and the Pack; unfortunately. Rams win 31-27. Only time will tell on our picks.

Most people say "Here goes nothing."
Well, in my case, "Here goes everything."
I put my reputation on the line this week....

Here are my picks..

In the AFC,
The Raiders head to New England to face the Pats who are new to this bye-week stuff.
However, they should be ready when the Silver and Black come to town.
This should be a defensive game due in part to the Raiders lack of offense as of late.
This trend will continue but not to the extent that will keep the Raiders from posting a victory.
Raiders win 17-13.

Over in Pittsburg land......
The Steelers will await the team they must beat to dethrone them for AFC supremacy....The Ravens.
Last week the Ravens found an offense and ran all over the Dolphins causing many eyes to look to them to start rolling in the Playoffs.
However, there was something fishy about last week's win at Miami.
The Steel curtain will be waiting to stop the Raven's running game and make them go to the air to win it.
The Steelers will need Kordell to come to play this week.
And he will........
Steelers win 24-22 on a late field goal.

Over in the NFC,
The Bears welcome the Eagles to come to frozen Soldier Field to play a little Bear-ball.
The Eagles will feel right at home early and should have a lead at the half.
You want heroics....o.k. you got 'em, the Bears will get the ball rolling....er...the Train rolling in the second half and put away the pesky Eagles.
Bears win 21-16.....oh, and a late INT seals the deal for the Bears.

The Pack heads to St. Louie to take on the Running....er...passing Rams.
Faulk will be hard to stop on this day and Warner (with vocal cords fine tuned) will run the show like a general.
Green Bay will counter with Favre who should be able to move the ball by handing it to Ahman Green.
But, alas, it will not be enough as the Rams will provide too much punch and will knock out the Packers in the fourth quarter.
Rams win 35-24.......unless there is a sudden snow storm!
