Unless there is definitive proof by TA&M, I'll hold my opinion on them. Of course, there is oil money behind them and I'm sure they can come up with some advertising stuff to procure players' NIL contracts.

the point was that several here seem to think that it's some sort of detriment to the Ags to be signing so many 5 stars... My thought was that we would be very happy were we to pull in 8 or so five star players that we wanted. As I stated, Fisher's methods seem somewhat dubious, and not how Bama goes about things.

Not sure about detriment but yes, we would be very happy and we typically sign 5-7 5*'s in every class. 2-3 of the ones A&M signed came down to us and them and they would have signed with us (probably others would have with other schools also) if the NIL $ was not so outrageous or was not a part of college football period.

they aren't all five stars or guys we would take so no. How'd FSU turn out with all those guys he signed I forgot ?
