The choice is being part of Kiffin's exciting air raid attack and a team with a running QB, who is the only one likely to sniff an invitation to NYC. Kiffin's wideouts get to actually receive passes. I know we have other, more acceptable QB prospects on board, but there's only so long you can sell the sizzle before you deliver steak. Seeing Bond run that end around last weekend brought back to me his exit statement - "I want to play for a genuine drop-back QB"...
To that end, do you think it probably hurts our recruiting that we haven't installed DeBoer's true offense yet? WRs will eventually feast in this offense, but we're not quite there

with the way we used our backs, Dear should not be concerned. Deboer offense is very balance, and he does his best to involve the backs whether its rushing out catching out of the backfield.
We do use them well at times but with Jalen getting so many carries it could bite us. I know up until about a game or two ago Jam was getting 8 carries/game and Justice 7 carries/game.

Yep. If I was a top level RB or WR I wouldn't want to come to Bama until I knew there was going to be a more well rounded offense that gets more touches for all the positions across the board. Lots of the juniors we have now should be in money years where they are getting enough looks on film to get draft attention, but it's just not happening.

Agree; others are going to be coming after Jam and Justice with promises of carries and money. They are feature back quality.
There could be a bidding war for #2
But; CKD has to do what it takes to win games now.

It's really likely we lose Jam or Justice after this season. Jam is in a money year, but will likely have to come back next year since he's not getting the touches he needs to show his worth to the NFL. If he comes back and Justice won't be the feature guy, he probably does somewhere that he will be. Young might also.

We have to remember next year we will have a passing QB, also will be more balanced, CKD has already said a lot of his offense is not installed, also it's hard to get a kid out of Mississippi, I hope he does well, now if we get Ivan Taylor that's a position of need than wr if we keep what we have

The thing is Milroe is most likely not going to be at bama next year. So if I was a recruit i wouldn't be worried about not getting enough touches.
He's not and DeBoer (hopefully) is disclosing to recruits that his offense will be implemented next season with a more traditional style of passing game.

Bond Stats:
24 YTD at Texas 26 receptions for 435 yards
23 YTD at Bama 28 receptions for 420 yards
He's setting the woods on fire at Texas.

Bond didn't factor in he wasn't going to be the only horse in the barn once he got over there. He's had a few good games but ultimately his transferring didn't have the impact on his performance that he envisioned. Ewers throws to a lot of WR's, TE's and RB's. So this stat comparison doesn't shock me.
