i thought Cam Sims looked good. Cam Robinson played well. Hand played well. Would have loved to see Tony Brown and David Cornwell play in the game. Clark played well to be out of his usual position. Bo Scarborough probably impressed me the most from the Bama players. I didn't notice Casher or OJ Smith.

I did think Sean White played the best. He is going to be a terror in Mahlzahn offense (if Mahlzahn is still there). I wasn't impressed with Fournette. Speedy Noil will be a terror at aTm if they find a QB. Don't know how I Mckenzie slipped through the cracks. He's a speed demon.

Texas A&M has one of the best QB's in the country, Kyle Allen, committed for 2014. If he plays up to expectations, he'll be a fine replacement for Johnny Manzeil.

Yes Sean White was the best QB on that field yesterday. I noticed OJ Smith held his own in the middle, nothing that stands out other than he looked Huge! Cam Sims has big and good hands. Cam Rob and Ross P played good the times I focused on them...Casher I saw on the sidelines having a good time but never noticed when he played, Hand looked good, but Bo really impressed me playing receiver most of the game. I mentioned during the game that Bama did sign a TE, a HB, a RB and their 3rd WR all in one.

Sorry Bama did not get Tabor, but as soon as TB committed I forgot all about Tabor and then at that point didnt care if LF committed to Bama or not.....

Agreed. They also have Kenny Hill who is a perfect fit for their system. He played for one of the top high school football programs in the country in Southlake Carroll, the same HS Greg McElroy attended.

Anyone know the latest on Brian Wallace? He'd be a nice addition to our already stacked OL class, and we're at 82% on his Crystal Ball.

Since we didn't land Rudolph, I don't think there is another WR that we have a "good" chance on. I would expect Bo to line up at slot or Hb. He is very versatile and hope he qualifies. I could even see him getting some pt on offense next year. Special teams would be a given.

Elam- has a spot but think he stays home.
Hump- has a spot, announcing Feb 1
Wallace- has a spot, not as confident as I was 3 days ago
Mixon- if he is getting an offer, should hear soon
Chad Thomas- if golden goes to PSU, watch this one

Do you know when Mixon is set to announce?

Don't think grade situation has been commented on but iirc he has the ACT score needed.
That means all he needs is a solid GPA....hopefully he puts in the work because I really want him at Bama...can you imagine Scarbrough and Henry in the same backfield....WOW That would be scary..

Well, we are about 2 and a half weeks from the big day. It looks like only Elam, Hump and Chad Thomas are still in play from the original list. This is when we usually see the new possibilities come to light (ala Ross). FWIW, I don't think Roc will be an option for us. RB is not really a position of need and we slow played him way too long. Evans is a real possibility though. Is there anyone else that may surface in the next few days?
