He's an interesting case, because while I don't think he's a good QB, not every team is capable of shutting him down.
I think sometimes coaches are like gambling addicts. gambling addicts always think that big win is coming. Even to the end. I think the last two coaching staffs were thinking "what if he could get the passing part down". It blinded them to the reality of what was in front of them every day.

We will not win a playoff game ever again, as in EVER unless we can put a competent passing attack on the field that can balance out the run. You absolutely will not beat great defenses with a one trick pony. They will absolutely crush your pony. Only the teams that have multiple ways to beat you are going to win those types of games.

For me, personally, I did not enjoy the season. I turned games off multiple times because I was watching bad football. I'm not going to give up Saturdays with perfect weather to watch garbage. The games we won were not great, and especially the Georgia game, where we got to watch an insurmountable lead be overtaken.

There was bad coaching, bad playing, bad behavior, bad outcomes, underachievement, and badly misplaced hopes.

The bright spot is recruiting, which seems to be going well, so I remain hopeful that next season we see major improvements.
