I have to go out on a limb and agree with the others, I think Alabama has a big day offensively, and the defense shines in limiting Spiller and Davis to mediocre yardage.
JPW has a good day, using the short to intermediate routes with the tight ends and slot recievers, and Julio shows the nation why he was such a sought after reciever with the long touchdown after stiff arming their shutdown corner for a score. The offensive production was very balanced with Grant and Coffee carrying the load in the 1st half, and some of the other backs in the second half. A lot of the reserve players saw action in the 4th qtr. after the game was put out of reach on back to back interceptions with one taken to the house by Arenas.
Final Score 34-13:biggrin:
What a difference a year makes when all the players come together as a team and believe what the coaching staff is preaching, anything is possible.
ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
