Any ideas on American based AT&T support

Does anyone have any way to get tech support from someone fluent in American English? I’m having issues with setting up their new Internet Air service and keep getting SE Asia. I ask for American support and get told, as best I can tell, that they can’t transfer me. I’m about to lose my mind with this.
And before anyone tries to help do the actual set up, I can’t sign in to the SmartHome Manager. Says there is no Internet service associated with the email address being used to log in.

AT&T may use the "follow the sun" support approach. It is possible that you could try different times of the day to reach someone that, at the least, can communicate more clearly.

Let us know how you like the service.
It was for my Dad. So far it’s not as advertised. He can’t get more than 2 bars of signal which causes the throughput to be a long way below what he was told. On day one a thunderstorm came through and it had zero bars of connectivity. He has been told that he is barely on the line of the cell signal cone coming off the tower.
I’m going to have to get off what I have now as they say they are shutting it off, but was letting him be a guinea pig. I might have to go to Spectrum 😳. AT&T is going to go up on what I’m currently paying unless I let them auto-dip from my bank account which is a hard NO.

I've had T-Mobile for 2-3 years at my place in Florida. We have been very happy with how it works.

The company whose data was hacked and millions of us customers had our date stolen...this same company wants us to give them our bank account numbers. Really?
