We are moving to Lawrenceburg TN this week and we won't have satellite hooked up in time for the SJS game. Won't have internet either.

Does anyone know anywhere local to watch the game? TN also plays at 6pm. so I figure that may knock out any chances of watching BAMA.

Maybe drive to Florence?

I have an Uncle/Aunt who live there and they are huge Bama fans. He tells me there isn't much love for Bama there. He wears Bama stuff all the time. The TV stations come out of Nashville, but in southern Tennessee there are a lot of us.

David Weathers, former MLB middle reliever (most recently with the Reds, but also had stops with Yanks, Mets, & Marlins) - is from Lawrenceburg, but he is a HUGE Bama fan. He makes some cameo appearances from time to time on local sports radio (93.9 FM) to talk college football. Maybe you'll cross paths with him since you're both behind enemy lines up there.

Coming down to Florence is probably your best bet. That is a well-traveled highway. Many folks from up that way come down to work, shop, dine, etc. Not a terribly bad drive.

you can just drive up I-65N to the Nashville area....Wilhagens on Murfreesboro Rd will show it on almost all of their TV's as it is owned by a Bama alum....The Crow's Nest in Green Hills is where the Nashville/Mid TN Alumni chapter had their viewing parties last season...Bleacher's in Franklin usually has the Bama game on one of their big screen TV's.

Florence would be your best bet. Easy 45 minute drive, mostly fourlane. I'm sure "Sidelines" on Cox Creek Parkway will have it, among others. Use to live and work In L'burg myself many years ago. Still visit the Amish Community quite frequently just North of Lawrenceburg in Ethridge TN.

He lives in Loretto not Lawrenceburg and if I am not mistaken, he is actucally from Loretto.

Can say I'm "near" Lawrenceburg, I'm about half an hour away. But unfortunately, I couldn't recommend too many places to watch a Bama game unless you want to drive to Cool Springs or Nashville.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Spring Hill might show it. A closer option.

If you want to go to into Cool Springs, then Jonathan's is a good place to watch it too. It is usually a melting-pot of games playing in there.

Good luck and Roll Tide!

Forgot about them. I only go there for UFC nights, but yeah, I'm sure they have Bama games on one of the TVs. Now whether or not they'll have the San Jose State game is questionable.
