Anybody train in Martial Arts? Boxing?

Haha I agree. I meant to say bend, I have got to spot working 20 hour days. If they already took boxing what would some of you guys suggest, for a confidence boost and general exercise.
dim mak works pretty well... or so im told.

serious answer- if someone already does boxing, then you probably dont need an additional martial art. you probably also dont need a high impact sport since boxing tends to strain the tendons and ligaments enough. i would recommend swimming. great cardio, non-impact, also helps loosen the tendons and ligaments and help them repair.

I did a little Weng Chun a long time ago.
Very aggressive...from what I remember of it. That's one thing I liked about it over 'self defense'....don't just defend yourself; beat the crap out of the guy.
