Wal-mart considered putting an auburn display out. After doing some market analysis, they decided that since John Deere has become so wildly popular they would use JD catalogs instead. They're much more popular than anything auburn and in Lee County, everyone thought it was an auburn magazine anyway.

I bought mine yesterday at Walmart. The lady at the register said, "Ah, I see you fell for it, too. And you bought two of them." I grinned and said "Yes, they got me!"

Then she had the nerve to say, "I think they have one for each state, I'm from Maryland."
I wanted to say, "Well if Coach Bryant would have stayed there, maybe you would have one in Maryland, but thank God 'Mama called'.
But instead I said, " I don't know...." And the old bat cut me off and said,"Oh yes, they do. Sport Illustrated had to get their money somehow."

I sensed a little jeolousy and I just grinned and bit my tongue.
I might go back up there today and ask her how many pages the Maryland issue has in it and ask her if she saw any Auburn issues yet.

Ha sounds like an Indiana Ohio Liquor run to me. I used to deliver meds to towns south of Ft Wayne Indiana and you dont know how many times I had to wait on patients because they were going to Ohio to get liquor. HA!!!
