I guess what I don't understand why a "journalist" for one of the nation's major sports outlets would break a story as a guest on some relatively minor radio show, and not even write a story about it on his employer's site, even about 12 hours after "breaking" the story...

There was another one I wish I could have posted that includes colorful language telling Stanley McGlover to shut his lying mouth, wishing dysentery upon him and "face aids" on his kids. If this is one in the same guy, I have no idea why anyone would take what this guys says for truth.
No, harsh is having a rival reporter make false claims against a school, in order to deflect the cheating thats been going at their school.

All the accusations about *U were made by people who were actually INVOLVED in the situations; the MSU alumni that were actually asked for money or the players that actually received it. Also, there are no clear motives for why the accusers of *U would do so falsely.
But, here we have a fan making likely false accusations against his school's rival (clear motives: deflect attention from *U, try to get Bama in trouble), claiming to know the minute details of a situation with which he was completely uninvolved.
Also, as the accusations of *U paying players would fit with their past behavior, this act also fits right in with *U's past behavior of attempting to deflect attention by making false claims of violations by their big brother, BAMA (Gene Jelks, Op Red Dog).

I don't know if that account is legit. If it is, this dude is nuts. If it is not legit, the real Jeff Lee should have done something about it yesterday.
Why else would a recruit go to Tuscaloosa, with coach Nick Saban and the newest 100k+ stadium and a 20 THOUSAND person waiting list when they could go play in Jordan-Hare on a decimated roster under the worst sanctions since the Pony Excess?
