Oregon losing to Stanford would be the best thing. cuz it eliminates Oregon entirely since Stanford would clinch. ND is going to lose to USC... come on if they have a hard time scoring on BC then imagine what happens when they are in a track meet with USC. KSU vs Texas Im not so confident cuz Texas is up and down. I think ND losing and us destroying UGA could put us in cuz the computers might favor a 13 win SEC champ and it could make voters forgive a loss after to a good team after what we've been thru. But above all else win out

I like it. If we win out the worst we can do is go to the Sugar Bowl, and have a SEC Championship. I would say that would be fantastic for these kids.

So, now someone else has the big Target on their back with all the hype that they are the Best team since Abe Lincoln or maybe even George Washington.

Coach Spurrier, you placed an even bigger target on Bama's back that we could beat some NFL teams. Thanks coach! Was that intentional? We've just got to pay you back for that!

Oh! Oregon and Kansas State and ND, Wow you three have the three best teams ever and I'm sure you all could beat this year's Super Bowl winner, esp. Oregon with it's spread offense and ND with #5 hyped, and Kansas State with Calvin Klein!

Did Bama players believe all this Spurrier, etc. HYPE? One day you are sky high and the next day, you're licking dirt off the ground.

Thanks to Texas A&M's surge, the SEC now has five of the top nine teams and six of the top twelve in the AP poll. And yet there's a good chance that the championship will involve none of them because they all beat one another. Sigh...
