Put Cornelius Bennett at DE. Make it Don Hutson - spelt with a "t". Add Lee Roy Jorday at LB. I like Antonio Langham at DB. Don't forget Chris Samuels and John Hannah at OL. I think Cornelius Griffin will be known as a great one once his playing days are over as well.

I'm sure I missed many! RTR!!!!!

Great topic, 92Bama! The Dolphins fan in me says to put in Dwight Stephenson at center and Bob Baumhower at nosetackle.

For DB, I think that Sam Shade had a really good NFL career and probably should go ahead of Teague and Townsend. David Palmer should be KR. Barry Krauss probably should get a LB spot.

Dont forget one of thge members of the New York Sack Exchange.Marty Lyons had a good career.EJ Junior played for the horrible Cardinals for years. And what about Tony Natham he had a above average for the Dolphins.Mike Pitts,if I'm remembering correctly, played with the Eagles and Reggie White on that great D-line they had back in the Buddy Ryan days with the eagles.Jermiah Castile had 1 of the biggest fumble recoveries in Bronco history agasint the Browns in the playoffs to send them to the superbowl.David Palmer was a pretyy good punt returner with the Vikings until he blew his knee out.

Just to help y'all out a little bit here's a list of all ALABAMA players ever in the NFL so there's 3 full pages of great men who wore Crimson!!!! All-time Alabama Players In The NFL

PK is easy, Micheal Proctor.

I disagree on Proctor. He was not an outstanding NFL kicker. However, Tommy Brooker was probably the one BAMA player that had the greatest success in the pros as a kicker. He won a "few" games for the old Dallas Texans of the AFL (and that isn't the Arena [i.e.-backyard] Football League.

I think I added all the people that were mentioned in the thread.

No WR ever? Wow!

Maybe that will change after this last recruiting season.

I think you could place Hutson as a WR. The Packers considered him one. This from CFN:
Hutson is considered one of the greatest NFL WRs of all-time and the first real star receiver to play professional football as a nine-time All-Pro and a charter member of the pro football Hall of Fame. He set the NFL record with 99 career touchdown catches that lasted until Steve Largent came along. The Packers list himas an end but that was really before the term WR was used. In fact, He invented most pass patterns. From the Packer's site:
Credited with inventing pass patterns, Don Hutson wasn't just the best receiver of his era, he's on the short list for greatest receiver of all time and is arguably the most outstanding player in Green Bay Packers history.

Don't anyone forget that Hutson was also a PK! Hutson kicked seven field goals and 172 extra points during his career and remained the Packers' all-time leader in scoring with 823 points until Ryan Longwell surpassed him in 2003.
