Felix is so shaky on offense and I don't know why he continues to try to drive but on defense he's been very active and done some good things
We need players looking to drive more. They look to only pass a lot and the defense often overplays the pass.

FT percentage

Free throw percentages are terrible. We need to improve to have a shot at NCAA. I do not want to miss it.

That's true but how often does something good come out of a Felix drive. Really not all that often. Good things happen when Ron and Hollinger, even Gee drive the ball. But Felix played great defense today

Sure, but I wasn't arguing that. All I said was he gets in a triple threat position better than some of the others.

Oh yea. He did play better overall actually. Didn't try to force things as much.

Our ball movement was better today than I've seen in a long time. The Young'uns are coming together and Davidson is showing the ability to take over a game.
Great win!!

I'm amazed that we won this game, especially when you consider the typical "home cooking" officiating that our guys had to deal with at RA....Congratulations, Coach Gottfried and team....

yes bad officiating and our big guys got out rebounded again. 3 ky gaurds hard more rebounds each than hendrix. but a win is a win. our guys played great except for getting rebounds.

I haven't looked...

at the boxes yet, but I wasn't under the impression that we got smashed in the rebound department. I'll be interested to see the #s. A certain amount of rebounding is luck and it can account for a big % of the total. I was under the impression that UK got more than their share this afternoon...

31-18 for ky. it was offensive rebounds again that we are getting killed at.

Hmmm...

worse than I would have thought. As I said, they got a lot of the luck of the draw on the long rebounds, but, still, an imbalance in their favor...

Plus not as many rebounds on the Offensive Glass when you shoot 71% in the second half....but, to be honest....there were alot of rebounds we got, that UK slapped arms and ended up causing jump balls....

I think I remember 8 jump balls, and 7 of the 8 were from UK fouling when Bama had the ball.
