What is more interesting to me is trying to list the top two rivals for each school and then see how many times a team shows up. (I bet you know where this is going)

SEC Rivals

Alabama - Tennessee, Auburn
Arkansas - LSU, Alabama
Auburn - Alabama, Georgia
Florida - Georgia, FSU
Georgia - Florida, Ga Tech
Kentucky - Louisville, Tennessee?
LSU - Alabama, Mississippi
Mississippi - Miss State, Alabama
Miss State - Mississippi, Alabama
Missouri - Oklahoma, Texas A&M?
Oklahoma - Texas, Ok State
South Carolina - Clemson, Georgia
Tennessee - Alabama, Vandy?
Texas - Oklahoma, Texas A&M
Texas A&M - Texas, Alabama
Vanderbilt - Tennessee, Alabama?
I would - mildly - quibble on a couple.

Arkansas' #2 NOW is probably Mizzou.
I concur Kentucky's #2 is the Vols, but the Vols couldn't care less.
I would also say Mizzou's #2 is Arkansas.
And I would say Tennessee's #2 is PROBABLY Florida after the last 40 years of games.

Ole Miss, one can argue LSU is bigger to them than we are, but that one is less obvious.

And the aching gap on this list.....Nebraska as a foe for Oklahoma......

Totally agree. Those were the same ones I was questioning.

I used to work with a guy who was born and raised in Louisiana, huge LSU fan, he used to tell me Ole Miss was their biggest rival, he said the hatred never stopped

That one may also be an "age" thing, I don't know. When Ole Miss was a national power in the 50s and early 60s, I can see that being the case. But Ole Miss went through a long period of decline (1965-95 basically) and LSU went through a bad one (1987-99), so other games kind of took over. I know when I lived in Mississippi (college years especially), they celebrated wildly when they beat us like they'd just escaped from prison because it was so rare. Billy Cannon and Archie Manning were so long ago now.

Here is my list:

1. Auburn
1. Tenrsea
3. UGA

Yes, I hate the Barn and the Inbreds equally. I simply listed the Barn first because I did it alphebetically.

I hate both schools so much that, when they play each other, I quietly wish for an earth quake to strike mere seconds before kickoff, open the earth and swallow up both teams, coaches, bands, fanbases and stadium then closes up making it look like the stadium was never even there to begin with.

Imo for anyone to not have Tenn at #1 with a bullet was fortunate enough to not experience probation in real time.

The old guard already hated Tenn before then thanks to Coach Bryant and that continued into the 80s and 90s.

Then they tried to get our program the Death Penalty and almost succeeded.

Auburn is an insignificant piece of dust compared to Tenn.
