Mississippi State at Alabama
Georgia at Auburn
South Carolina at Florida
Vanderbilt at Kentucky
Troy at LSU
Louisiana-Monroe at Ole Miss
OPEN: Arkansas, Tennessee

I'd say Bama depending on what happens this weekend plays on ESPN either ESPN or ESPN2. Carolina and Florida will be the CBS game. Georgia and Auburn will be either Raycom or either ESPN. Vandy and Kentucky will be the RAYCOM in my opinion. There is no way ESPN will pass on Bama in primetime if they are #1 still unless they have one of those late season games with the BIG 10 or Big 12.

I don't think there's a doubt we'll be the Raycom game at 11:30 am.

Don't they have an agreement where every team has to play twice-per-year on Raycom? And we've only had one with them.

ESPN might be waiting on Tech vs. OU or Tech vs. OSU in November. Tech still has some big games awaiting them.

I hope it isn't Raycom. Nothing sucks more than a 11:30AM game.

CBS is using their 6-day option, so the time will not be set until after the games this weekend. Our game will be on CBS, ESPN, or Raycom. The 3 games being held for selection are Bama-MSU, AU-UGA, and Florida-SC.

thanks for the info about the games being held-- but it seems kinda strange that CBS is holding the MSU-BAma game. For the regular SEC fan it seems that AU-UGA and FLA-USC is more attactive.
Guess that Croom beating Bama twice in a row is a story.
That may get us on ESPN.

If (when) we beat LSU there is no way we won't be nationally televised. I'd be willing to bet Raycom has never gotten a #1 ranked team playing a conference game, regardless of the opponent. Also if FL wins they lock up the east and we lock up the west, nothing left to play for except rankings and bowl bids. I doubt anyone is going to care about AU-UGA if UGA is eliminated from winning the east and AU is struggling to even be bowl eligible.

I'd be willing to be otherwise.

Edit - I will probably take that back. I can't find evidence of it existing from the logical choices amongst the teams (Florida, LSU, and Tennessee).

Vandy/Kentucky has earned the ESPN2 7:00pm slot.

I'm willing to bet that UF/S. Carolina get the CBS nod with the history there, which leaves Bama/MSU and UGA/AU for the Raycom slot. Would it be possible for ESPN and ESPN2 to both televise SEC games? I can't see either of these games not being on national TV.

Folks, the latest information is always available at www.secsports.com. Usually on Monday they post the schedule for the games 12 days later, unless CBS or ESPN takes their 6 day option in which case another press release is posted at the appropriate time.

In this week's press release: http://www.secsports.com/index.php?..._id=11716&url_subchannel_id=&change_well_id=2, CBS is holding all 3 of Bama/MSU, FL/SC, and UGA/AU. UGA/AU has pretty much zero national interest since UGA is one FL win away from being eliminated in the east and AU .. well we all know about them. Thus that will be the raycom game unless FL and/or we get upset somehow.

And yes ESPN and ESPN2 will show SEC games, the press release says it is so. As far as I can tell the SEC sports website always gets the tv schedule up first and any website saying anything else is probably just speculating (like the "potential" SEC on CBS schedule that was released before the season).

Vandy/KY gets ESPN2 slot - I can't believe that wouldn't be prime for Raycom and us in that slot... Georgia/Auburn and SC/Florida look better on paper than us - I say we get 11:30...

Yuck.
