The BCS poll only matters for a single thing - setting up a single game. Other than that, it is just another poll...

If OU happens to win, it will definitely be disputed.

If the goal of the BCS is to have the best 2 teams in college football play at the end of the year, Bama has just as much claim as anyone else to one of those spots.

I concur. As I stated on another thread, right now at least 5 teams (7 if you include Utah & Boise St) have a legit argument. Bama is one of those five. :BigA:
