As long as you are dressed at all, you'll be fine! BAMA casual will work fine.

Yeah; they are starting a wait list for cancellations or if the capacity gets bumped up. Right now they are capping it at a number that can be accomodated even if the weather isn't perfect. If the weather looks like it's going to be great, they may open up another 100 spots or so.

When my friend made our reservations at 1:30 there were only 17 tickets left!! WHEW, we got in just in time!!!
