BAMA Tattoos

As long as we're talking about screen names, let me ask all of my BamaNation citizens whether or not they have a TIDE tatt.Mine is on my right calf:A large crimson A with "Crimson Tide" beneath it on a scroll.For what its worth;my hockey team is also named Crimson Tide.

Last spring break I got a henna tattoo while I was in Panama City, I had Bama written in cursive on my arm I liked it(probably because there weren't needles)...my mother flipped when I got home, but I had to explain it was better than coming home with a real one on my butt like other girls were doing while they were down there!

the old logo on my shoulder. I got it done in Pensacola last Summer. I didn't want to get it done here in Ohio because the artist just wouldn't understand.

As for me, I don't have a tatoo, but back in the early 90's I had a young man from Mississippi working for me on the ship that had the Large Crimson A with the Elephant coming through, tatooed on his back, down from his right shoulder. He was an outstanding sailor that I tried to keep but he had a greater vision and got out to return home and eventually went on to Old Miss and is now coaching in the state of Mississipp. The funny part, while he was attending Old Miss, he walked the sidelines, holding the headset cord for, of all coaches, Tubberville. Tubbs never knew of the Tatoo but several of the assistants did and thought it was rather funny.

I want to get the new script A on my upper arm somewhere but not too big. That is something I just dont think I would ever regret. I think it is pretty safe to go with this logo as it is the one that is being concreted into all of our new facilities!

Just got my BAMA tattoothis past sunday....its a red elephant with the "A" in the middle on my ankle...love it!!! ppl might think im crazy for it, but its my 9th tattoo and i pick things thhat make me happy and aside from my family and friends, not much else in life makes me as happy as the ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE!!!
