I've got ESPNU in HD with Comcast.I don't think it has anything to do with Dish. I don't believe ESPNU is HD anywhere.

I wasn't even going to bother to look on ESPN3 because the ESPNU games weren't there last year .. It looks like that has changed, awesome! Now I don't have to go out to some restaurant to see us clobber Vandy.Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I don't get ESPN U in HD, damn you Dish Network. I also don't understand why ESPN U games aren't on ESPN3, all other ESPN games are except the ABC games. If it was, I would then be able to watch it in HD through my Xbox.
Edit: Nevermind, I just checked the ESPN3 schedule on my Xbox and the game is listed. For some reason, on ESPN.com, the ESPN U games are not listed as being on ESPN3 but, looking on my Xbox, most seem to be there.
Well I hope they don't "black out" the last two minutes like they did the Arky game. I have no idea what happened but it really ticked me off. Think it happened to another game later. I don't know if it was ESPN or Direct TV but others with different subscribers were fine.ESPNU is HD with DirecTV...
I believe in my area the Ark game was also on ABC or some other channel but the following game was blacked out in my area. So when the game ran over it went into a time slot of another game that was scheduled to be blocked out here and why the Arky game went out in the last 2 minutes. I read something on it because of their programming and their system is set up a certian way. Either I would have really upset if it was the UA game.Well I hope they don't "black out" the last two minutes like they did the Arky game. I have no idea what happened but it really ticked me off. What happened is that a portion of the country was set to see Georgia Tech/NC State on ABC, while it was going to be mirrored in other parts of the country on ESPN. When Ark/TAMU ran over, the DirecTV systems still made the switch to the Tech/State game, thus blacking out the signal on ESPN because people were getting it on ABC.I believe in my area the Ark game was also on ABC or some other channel but the following game was blacked out in my area. The last two minutes of this game will be Phillip Sims taking a knee. But I was irritated about the Ark/aTM game too.Well I hope they don't "black out" the last two minutes like they did the Arky game. I have no idea what happened but it really ticked me off. ESPN U has actually been in HD since August 2008, it's just not carried by many providers. According to Wikipedia, these are the only providers that carry the HD version; Time Warner Cable, Verizon FiOS, Blue Ridge Communications, Atlantic Broadband, Broadstripe, AT&T U-Verse, Bright House Networks, Cablevision and DirecTV.I don't think it has anything to do with Dish. This was not a DirecTV problem, it was an ESPN problem and happened to everyone, regardless of provider, that was going to be blacked out for the GA Tech. game. It happened to me on Dish Network and I've read many reports on some TV forums from many different providers (cable and Sat.) that it also happened to them. Dish Network said they couldn't fix the problem because they had no control over what ESPN does with its feeds. So blame ESPN for this screw up, not your provider.Well I hope they don't "black out" the last two minutes like they did the Arky game. I have no idea what happened but it really ticked me off. I just checked the ESPN3 tv listings for Saturday's games, and it says "replay only" for the Bama game. Ugh. Looks like it's ESPNU or nothingNooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
