I had completely given up, too. Was about to go to bed, but I did that the last time we played in BR and we won and I missed it.

So the last two times in BR...have been heart pounding endings. Wow. I want to see the YouTube videos of fans watching this ending.

I know I was jumping up and down. I moved away from my ceiling fan this time.

Still in shock. LSU always gives me the most anxiety all season. 2 years ago it was so bad I shut the game off, only to miss Yeldon's screen pass. This year, I decided to gut it out and "take it" and watch it no matter what, and WOW what a reward!!! ROLL TIDE!!!!

I am truly humbled to have experienced this game tonight. This game makes me believe we have that something special. In the past we don't win this game. Tonight when it counted the most Blake Simms stepped up and truly etched himself in Alabama lore. I am more proud of this team than words can express. My heart is still pounding. I was running through the house and outside like a crazy person. Roll Tide Roll.

I was happy they got first crack on offense. They got into a rhythm on that final drive and I did not want to see too much time in between drives. First possession was the best thing that could happen to them
Good point. I recognized the rhythm as well but was thinking the standard line that its best to get the ball 2nd.

Defense is shaping up to be a top unit, DBs are playing better. Nick Perry, Cyrus Jones, and Eddie Jackson made some good "DB" plays tonight.

Offense has to learn to get it done on the road. We've now looked mediocre for 14 of the last 16 quarters on the road. Broken toy I say. And Kiffin needs to stop being so stubborn.

OK, great win, but we need to come back down to earth. Offense needs to clean up their communications. Still need to line up and run the ball more, please tell me we aren't becoming a finesse team.
