Bama’s weak schedule: Catching Barner Flak

How are the Barners treating you guys this year? Admittedly, we have a relatively soft schedule, and they are an improved team from last year.

I explained to a fellow cattle-gazer…I mean, co-worker…that our soft schedule is an anomaly. The law of averages is going to land a soft schedule on everyone's plate once in a while. And too, some of those teams critics think are going to be creampuffs (maybe they will, maybe they won’t) are part of the regular SEC rotation we play every year, or every few years; namely Arkansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee.


And this same Bama team also scheduled VaTech, aTm, and what appeared to be a vastly improved Ole Miss team three out of the first four weeks.

Just another pathetic attempt by the nitwits to question our dominance. Their offense hasn't scored on us since 2010, maybe they would be better served to find themselves an offense.

We've played three teams that are / were in the top 25 when we played them (VT, A&M, OM) - aside from use, the barners will likely play the same number by season's end.

I can't wait to stomp a mudhole in those idiots.

The one thing we have control over is our non conference games. Three on both sides are pretty crappy.

Virginia Tech is normally a good team. Washington State is normally a crappy team.

A team that nearly lost to ULM last year is complaining about our schedule?

A team that nearly lost to Utah St two years ago AT HOME is complaining? A team that dropped a home and home with FSU - when the Noles were awesome - and replaced them with Idaho and App State?

Besides - how does our soft schedule in any way alter the butt-kicking we give them?

Let's face it: if anyone knows about soft schedules it's Auburn.

Well they have a point, I mean their schedule does include powerhouses Arkansas St, Western Carolina and FAU. To make matters tougher for them they did start the season against perennial PAC-12 power Washingon St.

This. When a Auburn fan friend of mine tried to go there, and I said, "Sure it is not as difficult. They won't let us play our backups." This shut him up real quick. It was pretty funny.

Listen, you've got to be careful about catching anything from Barners. I recommend simple avoidance. If you are traveling in an area where there is known barner infestation, I recommend getting vaccinated before traveling.

You can never be too careful.

He told the host he thought their game with aTm would be close and asked if the host agreed.

Barners are so fixated on Bama that they know more about us than their own team (although what they think they know is usually not right).

Last time I checked ITAT, there were at least 10 threads on Bama cheating on the first page.

They'ed rather see us get in trouble with the NCAA than for their own team to have a winning record!

BTW, before we played GS, our strength of schedule was in the top 10 in the nation, but that is probably a little higher now.
