Good start to the season thus far. Bama gets into conference play this week.

As always, TideFans.com neither endorses nor condones any gambling of any kind. The numbers below are for entertainment purposes only.

  • Texas A&M opens as a 25 point favorite over New Mexico
  • Alabama opened as a 15 point favorite at Florida
  • After the biggest win in recent memory for their program, Arkansas is an 18 pt favorite over Ga.Southern
  • Miss St is favored by only 3 over Memphis
  • After starting 2-0 for the first time in forever, South Carolina is a 32 pt underdog to Georgia
  • Auburn is a 7 point dog vs Penn St.
  • LSU is favored by 21 over Central Michigan
  • Vandy is a 9 point dog to Stanford
  • Ole Miss is favored by 15 over Tulane
  • Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mizzou all have games against much smaller competition and their games aren't listed on the board I'm pulling from.

Enjoy the games! Roll Tide!

Emory Jones has thrown 2 touchdowns and 4 interceptions in their first two cupcake matchups

if Emory Jones starts I believe it’s a 41-10 kind of blow out in Alabama’s favor

if Anthony Richardson starts I still think bama covers the spread, but it’s at least closer to a 37-17 game

Florida +15 at The Swamp against anyone is always a good pick but I just can't root for Bama to win a close one. In the Ole Miss- Tulane game the OVER would probably be a good pick whatever it happens to be.

That Auburn spread will probably trend down to 3 or 4ish by kickoff.
Its a sucker bet. I would put it at -3.5 just because of home field, but thats it. PSU looks like hot garbage offensively and Auburn looks amazing vs weak competition.

I’m more shocked by South Carolina being a 32 point underdog to Georgia.
Looking at the history of that rivalry which goes all the way back to 1894 Georgia has defeated South Carolina by 32 or more 6 times out of 73 games, but it's only happened twice in the past 60 years even though Georgia has dominated the series. History would seem to favor taking South Carolina +32.
