When Brando said that he nor the other guys didn't care who won, he lost what credibility he had left, which isn't much. I doubt Tillman and Barnhart have a rooting interest, but Brando clearly is for LSU because A) it's his home state and B) his daughter is a student there.

Personally, I couldn't care less who Brando or anyone else is for. Their opinions don't mean jack squat to what will happen on January 9th in the Super Dome.
One of his girls is at Ole Miss.

Just about every "expert" seems to be saying LSU. It doesn't matter. What matters is the team strapping up their collective chinstraps and playing up to their standard (heard that somewhere) and then the result will be No. 14.

By the way definition of an "expert": ex- something that was and spurt - a fast drip

most of the "experts" picked Bama to win on Nov.5th, we all know how that turn out.

I said in my initial post I don't mind someone picking us to lose, its the nation wide broadcast where folks are watching and don't know Tim's background. They think he lives in New York. CBS should realize he is using this show to flap his gums about LSU.

He has his radio/TV show on for 10 hours every day, I just don"t watch, but was watching the game and thought I'd hear then talk about that game not ours.

Let me get this right, if Bama wins close then it is a split but according to them Bama wont win and it wont even be as close as Nov. 5th. God keep pouring it on media, make that chip even bigger for us.

Thank you media and haters for a 14th.

One more thing, is this gonna be another "If Colt had not gotten hurt" thing where they say well LSU won Nov. 5th no matter how big we win?

Talk is crap an usually is. Funny, a guy in the Tusc. News picked Bama to win 9-5 and everyone thought he was an idiot. Had he picked LSU he would have been a genius. Then again, if Bama had executed to its full potential LSU would have lost by 2 touchdowns at least. We wouldn't be hearing about any of this talk of how a team that could not muster 1 first down against Georgia is some offensive juggernaut or one of the best teams EVER.

I don't care what the score is or who says what I just want #14 BABY!!!

As soon as I saw the predictions, my thoughts of 1992 returned. Alabama was supposed to get run off the field by Miami. If I remember correctly didn't we win that game by double digits?............

Don't count your national championship trophies until they are in the case.

I learned to ignore Brando long time ago, however I do have a problem with CBS they knock the SEC all the time. I think sometimes they are just stupid. They promote games on ESPN & pay little attention to their own games. If they had Vandy playing Kentucky the same week Bosie played East Central Maine Community College for girls who want to be boys, then that would be the game with the most attention.

I hope some other network wins the SEC contract the next time it is up.

NBC really messed up putting all their eggs in the ND basket, maybe they have learned something, but YOU never seen them knock ND no matter how bad things got, something about biting the hand that feeds you.

MEH, who cares what those guys think, they probably thought the first game was boring. (I still don't get that idea) anyway let everybody think we don't have a chance i think our team likes that better!!!!! I believe our team comes out fit, trim, focused, and well coached. I completely understand Lswhoo not wanting to play us because our team is going to be ticked off and waiting for the chance to prove every one especially these guys wrong!!!!!!!!!!

My local sports radio affiliate in NW Ohio just changed programming to Brando every morning. I have called them 3 times and told them I immediately turn my radio off every time I hear his voice. I'm sure they don't care but if makes me feel better! The more people go on about LSU the better. I think one overlooked thing is Bama just being in this game 2 years ago...even though they won I didn't feel like they were really well prepared by normal standards. Last year against Mich. St. we were very prepared. I think that being fresh in Coach Saban's mind will help with preparation this time.

I actually agreed with one of their comments...this game won't be as close as the last. But I think it's Bama and not LSU who will show our offensive power!
