Meadows?I wonder how many other recruits are going to jump ship now
Yeah Michigan throwing around million dollar NIL deals like it’s going out of style.Meadows?
Edit…that was quick.
To each his own but no matter what happens to my team, I'm going to gloat when it happens to the teams I don't like. That is what makes it fun. A pox on the party poopers who say they root for Bama except when they play Auburn! Turn in your All Barn fan license. Long live gloating! We have met the enemy -- and gloated! We might lose a 5 star to Michigan too so I wouldn't gloat too much. They seem to be PAYING kids right now
From a buddy of mine who's a big LSU guy, he said there could very well be a mass exodus of what was a VERY VERY strong 2025 recruiting class. Kelly seems to have lost either the entire team or a big portion of it.I wonder how many other recruits are going to jump ship now
Look for an exodus of current players with eligibility into to portal as well. Never has a guy with so much done so little. I look at that roster and see name after name of players that we went “head to head”’ with LSU for during their recruitment. Oline, DB’s WRs among others 2-3 years in the program that can’t block, can’t cover or tackle or run a route. From a buddy of mine who's a big LSU guy, he said there could very well be a mass exodus of what was a VERY VERY strong 2025 recruiting class. If they can make "set for life" money in four years, good for them. The problem is most will be penny less before they reach 30.Use to be players wanted to get to the program that would develop them so they had their best shot at “getting the bag” in the NFL.
Now it isn’t amount development. It’s just about “getting the bag”.
lol fair enough but it does seem like we are about to lose a bigtime player to them too. At least it won't be the QB thoughTo each his own but no matter what happens to my team, I'm going to gloat when it happens to the teams I don't like. That is what makes it fun. I wonder if Kelly and Freezejust googled "Brian Kelly" and this is search result. He looked CLUELESS at the end of the game. Apparently, he is incapable of realizing HE is the problem. Not his players, not his assistants, not Mike the Tiger.
THIS is how you have lost your team, "Coach". And I don't feel sorry for you at all You're an insufferable has-been punk.

Even Florida got in on the act of making fun of your ridiculous antics.
Losing a "great" recruit or someone to the portal is not such a big deal now with the revolving door that buying and selling has become. Oh, the media makes a big deal out of it just as they do about the polls and the weekly (ridiculous) playoff rankings. Of course, all that attention affects us too, so that it is a temporary big deal.lol fair enough but it does seem like we are about to lose a bigtime player to them too. Not to turn this into a recruiting thread but sounds like we may have a shot at Meadows too
Sure but still would like to keep Haywood.Losing a "great" recruit or someone to the portal is not such a big deal now with the revolving door that buying and selling has become. It is when your entire class hinges on this player, as LSU's does. Underwood has been their great hope because Nussmeier is likely coming back (it's doubtful he grades well for the NFL after this season).Losing a "great" recruit or someone to the portal is not such a big deal now with the revolving door that buying and selling has become. Kelly didn't go after a portal QB last round because Underwood was committed. Now two weeks from signing day they've lost their hopeful future star (and Underwood is pretty close to a 'can't miss')...
We'll see, but this could very well be the beginning of the end for Brian Killy's time at LSU.
That’s the short sighted view. Will these guys get developed at Michigan? Do they stay if Michigan sucks again next year? It’s almost like they are getting bad advice. Why wouldn’t you want to go to Alabama, Georgia or Ole Miss? They would get nfl level coaching, multiple prime time games (how often does this happen for Michigan), and a plethora of hardware for awardsUse to be players wanted to get to the program that would develop them so they had their best shot at “getting the bag” in the NFL.
