California Train Wreck

Legal authorities keep spouting off about how they are going to try this man for murder. Are they forgetting what state they live in? IMO, they have no chance of getting a guilty verdict. This guy is clearly an innocent victim of something and did not understand the implications of his actions at the time...

He'll absolutely not be convicted of murder, and probably not even of manslaughter. Some bleeding-heart jury will buy into him being "suicidal" and his defense attorney's claim (backed up by the hired-gun psychiatrist) that he lacked judgment at the time and didn't understand the wrong of his actions.

What a joke. Hey, buddy! Truly suicidal people succeed in the act. They don't make lame attempts at suicide by driving onto a railroad track, then jumping out at the last moment, only to follow that by making superficial scratches on their wrists and stabbing themselves in the chest (hint: your heart is right between your left nipple and your breastbone). Those are the acts of desperate, attention-seeking people with no self-respect. :mad2:
