Game day is almost here, and I cannot wait. What will the final score be on Saturday?

I'm still going 56-6 Alabama even with Ingram out.

Us = However many Saban wants, south of about 70
Them = Not very many depending on how well the 3rd team defense knows the schemes

My guess is CNS will not let it get to humiliating proportions if he can help it at all, but I don't think they do well, even against our youngsters. Think UTC, but with less experience and a new coach. We are saving most players for Penn State by right after half time.

I'll say 3 passing touchdowns along with 3 rushing and another score via defense or special teams giving Bama 49, but Coach Saban will want to test the kickers. Add 9 more points to that... Bama finishes with 58. Only giving up 3 points.

Bama wins 58-3.

You know that California has plenty of outstanding athletes. Did San Jose State get their share of these athletes? I don't know! Probably not, but that's a BIG state (population) and they have plenty of athletes.

However, those boys are going to come into Bryant-Denny Stadium to make a statement. They are going to want to make a statement and turn the Tide players' faces Crimson with embarrassment. I'll bet they have been bursting butts to get ready for the Tide since we won the BCSNC.

Therefore, I'm afraid to make a pick like some of you who just may be over-confident. It could be closer than you might think without Ingram to rotate with Richardson.

Let's see hopefully, Julio should catch a couple of TD's. Maze at least one. Hanks, maybe one. Richardson at least 2, maybe 3. Lacy at least 2. Goode maybe one. Hopefully, if we don't make it in the red zone with all TD's, then we can get at least one FG for game practice for the future esp. to be ready in case of a close one with Penn State.

My prediction is Bama with a score ending with an 8 (you know like 18, 28, 38, 48, 58) and San Jose State ending with a score like 3, 13 or 23.
We need to come out of this game with a HEALTHY team (NO ONE HURT IN THIS GAME)!

You suggest that Bama will score 9 or 10 touchdowns. That's being over-confident. That also doesn't match up with your score ending with 8 prediction.

I Know coach does not run up the score, but I don't think he is going to be able to slow us down in this one.
