I mean, isn’t that song actually about bestiality anyway? (Once I had a girl on Rocky top, half bear, the other half cat)

To say nothing of the fact of why would you be looking for a moonshine still up there when there’s no corn, which tends to be one of the main ingredients in it?
I’m all for making a Selma’s Corn Liquor for consumption by tidefans only. I’m so glad you’re back on here. RTR.

I think Ohio St has been awakened. I don’t know if anyone can beat them at this point because they are finally playing like everyone envisioned them.

I think Oregon will get drug in the rematch, and we are left wondering if ND or Georgia has enough defense to keep it close.

Could be Tennessee is that bad but it feels like Ohio State found something that they were missing.

Not that there was any doubt, but:

#7 beat #10 by ten, but they were up by 24 and those were garbage TDs
#5 beat #12 by 14, and it wasn't really that close
#6 beat #11 by 28, and it felt worse than that.
#8 beat #9 by 25, and it wasn't that close, either.

That right there is all the evidence you need that expanding larger than 8 teams (which I also opposed) was pointless fluff.

It wasn't one 9-12 seed, it was every one of them.
The only one who looked good was Clemson for a portion of the first half.

Agreed. tOSU was my pick at the beginning of the year to win it all. Some of it based on the NIL, but based mostly on feeling overall they had the fewest weaknesses.

That team last night destroys the Michigan team that beat them three weeks ago. And all this crap about “southern teams playing up north in cold weather” is just that. - a pants load of poop. The weather had nothing to do with it. That tOSU was a team on a mission. Chip Kelly exploited his matchups with his speed receivers. And Howard found them. Something our QB couldn’t do in October in Knoxville.

Agreed. NYD was my favorite day of the year. I would watch bowl games all day long.
Same

The Magic and Pageantry has just evaporated for me.

There have been way too many Bowl Games for one and that waters down everything.

But I also dislike how most of the games have been renamed to emphasize the Sponser instead of what the Bowls name actually should be.

I use to know every game by name and know the exact conference affiliations.

You knew X game was Pac-12 vs B1G or Y Game was ACC vs SEC etc.

But the worst part is how quickly the Portal has destroyed team identities and their roster make up.

I mean you use to KNOW what players were at what school and if they were a sophomore or junior etc.

Now I almost have no idea which players are where or where they were the year before or where they will be next.

I can barely keep up with Bama's roster.

Teams and Bowls just have no identity anymore and it stinks.

I use to LOVE every bit of CFB and the Bowl season especially and now I barely like it.

I'm not sure that any of it can be fixed now.

I think this was probably the best year Seth could’ve asked for besides the injury.

I’ve talked to a former Alabama quarterback, don’t bother guessing he wasn’t one of the famous ones, and his theory on Seth has that he probably was bad because of Milroe’s internal clock in the pocket. He said Seth was so worried about Milroe getting sacked that he was far more focused on getting to his block than snapping the ball.

I’m happy Seth got to show people the truth. I’m happy he got to smoke a cigar in the face of the toothless mob, but i just wish it was for us.

I never played QB but my theory was that It was Milroe's fault either because of Seth having to make Line checks because Milroe couldn't do it or that it was a continuous miscommunication on the snap cadence or Seth being more worried about Milroe's responsibilities (that you mention) than his own.

It could have well been all of those things.

But I think it got to a point that it got in Seth's head and he gave him self the Yips as a result so that by the end it was sometimes either one of them's fault.

But if we actually played a Real QB instead of an Head Case ATH with Poor Mechanics and No command of the Offense or Pocket then Seth would never of had the issues in the 1st place and never transfers.

I'm happy it worked out for him though just like I hope the WRs and QBs that have transferred fair better too.
