Cleaning vinyl records?

How do you clean your records? I'm trying to find a simple and effective cleaning kit, but reviews online are a mixed bag. Consensus online seems to be that back in the day the RCA Discwasher was the way to go, but the new one is crap. For every other kit there seems to be a bad review for every good one.

I'm hanging on to my "vintage" Discwasher D4. The link is to a product a couple of vinyl junkies I know have used since their D4's finally wore out. Nothing bad to say about it.

the brush is fine if all you have is dust. it you have more than that, you're looking at some sort of "cleaning solution cloth" with LITTLE amounts of alcohol in them. and follow up with a clean, dry, cotton cloth
