Coach Bryant 7% down..Calling all Bama Fans...

The poll is rigged. Nebraska fans have set up macro's to constantly vote for Osbourne as a rate of a vote a second, for as long as they want to macro's to run.

Some Alabama people are doing it to try and help CBB, but at this point, I am done.

I am not a fan of rigged voting.

Yea - http://www.thisdoesn'tneedalink.com

Seriously, stop drinking the linkaide

Well I'm going to let it run on my home PC all night looping with 99999 as the max, was going to remote into my work pc and into the computer science network at UNL but I don't want to get in trouble for using bandwidth improperly or something. (Granted I could always talk myself out of any trouble by saying it was for TO).

I will report my total number of TO votes tomorrow morning,

Link so you'll be happy

I agree totally. I was checking it earlier today and to place a vote. It was 41% to 40% Bryant in the lead. 1 hour later I checked it and it was 43%-39%. That would be impossible to have that many people %wise to group together and vote in 1hour.

This is just stupid and sad on ESPN part to allow multiple voting.

I set up a macro for about 10 minutes today, to see what I could do.

Sure enough, I voted 456 times in 10 minutes.

It's a lost cause. The only thing this poll proved was that Nebraska fans have nothing better to do with their time. Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant is the best coach college football has ever seen, regardless of some (now) stupid ESPN poll.

For the record, I voted my butt off, but I visited the Husker Forum this weekend and saw they were cheating, I gave up.

It appears that you can run the macro up to 99,999 times. Clever, but it sorta makes individual votes exercises in futility.

This is the first I have heard of Macros, what are the keys you should enter, and how do you get the web page to refresh after the macro votes?

Ok. This should take between 3-5 minutes to install/set up - trust me, even a Barner could do it.

1. Go download, Mozilla firefox if you don't already have it.

2. Install it

3. Open it, and browse to this page.

4. At the top hit add-ons.

5. In the search area, under the menu bar, type in IMacro

6. Install it, restart firefox. The macro window will be opened on the left side, leave it open.

7. Go to the espn page.

8. On the macro side, hit the REC tab in the middle of the side menu.

9. Then hit Record, and then click the button for Bear Bryant, then hit submit.

10. After the page loads, hit stop in the macro.

11. Hit the Play tab.

12. Then at the bottom of the macro type in Max: 99,999 instead of 3, and then hit the play loop
button below. Watch it work

It should take between 2-4 hours to run it 99,999 times.

Hope it helps.
