Coach Bryant's Assistants

Heard an interview on a Nashville radio station this morning with Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians. He talked about how he was hired to be Coach Bryant's assistant coach.

I was wondering if there is a list anywhere of all the coaches still coaching who have played or coached under Coach Bryant.

I've never personally never seen such a list.

I didn't buy the media guide this year so I'm not sure if this year's has it, but the ones in the past have listed all of our assistant coaches and their tenures. I suppose with that list and a list of all the assistants out there, you could look for a match. Sounds kind of labor intensive.

Arians was at Bama in 1981 & 1982 under Coach Bryant and 1997 under Mike Dubose.
